Tuition Payment Process for the ‘19-’20 School Year
The Clearwater School partners with TUIO, an online payment platform for tuition management.
Through their platform you are able to view and pay your invoices electronically at any time.
Online payment via ACH (electronic check, similar to preauthorized debit) or credit card are offered through TUIO. There is no additional charge to you to use ACH, however credit card use includes processing fees.
When you set up your account, you will be charged for the 2019-20 deposit; your first monthly invoice will be issued August 29th and will be due September 1.
If you choose the ‘Pay Upfront’ payment plan option, payment will be processed right away. Please keep this in mind when setting up your account.
To set up your account:
After you complete The Clearwater School registration process, you will receive an activation email (one per family) from TUIO, which contains instructions to set your account password. Please activate and set up your account & payment method when you receive the invitation. TUIO will charge for your deposit at the time you set up the account, send you email notifications when the first invoice is issued, and notify you when payment is successfully received.
If you do not receive any email, check your spam folder and add TUIO to you contacts. If that does not help, send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that they have the correct email address on file. Once your account is activated, you can edit you name and email address on the account if necessary and set up payment instructions for your upcoming invoices. For detailed instructions to activate and set up your account in under 3 minutes, visit https://tuiopay.com/parent-support/.
